Our Hello and welcome! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the official agreement between you and fabrocity (“we”, “us”, “our”). They govern your use of our website, our social media channels, and your engagement with our creative services, including our bespoke gifting, return favors, and on-site wedding live activity stations.

Our brand is based in Jaipur, India, and we are proud to offer our services and products across India and around the world.

By placing an order, booking a service, or Browse our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Creative Services & Products

Fabrocity specializes in adding a touch of personalized magic to your special events. Our offerings include:

• Bespoke Gifting & Return Favors: Custom-designed gifts and favors tailored to your theme and preferences.
• Wedding Live Activity Stations: Interactive on-site stations (e.g., live engraving, personalization artists) to engage and delight your guests.

The Nature of Handcrafted Items: Many of our products are handcrafted and personalized. This means each piece is unique. Minor variations in color, texture, and placement are a natural part of the creative process and are not considered defects. We celebrate this uniqueness as a hallmark of true craftsmanship.

Ordering, Payments & Confirmation

Placing an order with us is the start of a creative collaboration. Here’s how it works:

• Order Confirmation: Your order is officially confirmed and scheduled only after we receive a non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total estimated invoice.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50\% balance is due upon completion of the service or at the time of product delivery, before dispatch.
• Pricing & Taxes: All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes. Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other statutory charges will be added to your final invoice as required by law.
• Rush Orders: We understand that sometimes things are needed in a hurry. For orders with tight deadlines, a rush fee of 40\% of the total bill may apply. We will always confirm this with you before proceeding.
• Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of our work, the 50\% advance payment is non-refundable upon cancellation.

On-Site Services (Live Activity Stations)

To ensure our live stations run smoothly and create a wonderful experience at your event, we require the following from you, the client:

• Suitable Workspace: You must provide a safe, well-lit, and accessible area for our artists and equipment.
• Logistical Needs: This includes providing a stable table, chairs, and access to a standard electrical power outlet if required for our setup.
• Pre-Event Testing: To guarantee flawless execution, especially for services like engraving, we must be provided with a sample of the exact material/product we will be working on at least one week before the event for testing. fabrocity is not liable for damage to client-provided items that prove unsuitable for the personalization process.

Design & Intellectual Property

• Our Designs: All designs, concepts, logos, and content on our website and social media are the exclusive intellectual property of fabrocity. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our express written permission.
• Custom Design Files: For orders involving custom digital designs (e.g., monograms, event branding), our standard fee includes the final design in formats like JPEG, PNG, or PDF. The editable source files (e.g., AI, PSD) are our working property but can be purchased for an additional fee if required.

Shipping &  Worldwide Delivery

We are thrilled to ship our creations across India and internationally.

• Shipping Costs: Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be calculated based on the order size, weight, and your delivery address.
• International Shipments: For orders outside of India, you, the recipient, are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your country’s authorities. fabrocity is not responsible for these charges or for any delays caused by the customs clearance process.
